Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. Listed on this page are some of the insurance companies we accept. If you do not see your insurance provider listed, or are unsure of coverage, do not hesitate to call us. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before care, at no charge.

Please note that this PAGE IS ALWAYS BEING MODIFIED – We constantly review our insurance plan needs to accommodate our patients. Again, if your insurance plan is not listed, we still may be a provider.

In addition, we continually get questions from patients regarding changes in their health care coverage. It seems each year, employees lose more and more of their covered services or are forced to pay higher deductibles or co-pays. For this reason, we also provide a non-insured cash rate for care at our office. It is intended for those with either no insurance or for those with extremely high deductibles. However, if you elect this form of payment then we cannot submit the services to your insurance. For those with high deductibles that feel they will never reach that deductible then it may be a more cost effective approach.

Your health is our concern, and we do not want finances to stand in the way of your obtaining the care you need. We will sit down and go over your exact coverage with you.
